IPSS VIRTUAL OPEN HOUSE

About this Event

Join the dialogue and explore our three programs:

  • 4-Year Certificate Program in Psychoanalysis
  • Foundations of Psychoanalysis (1-year)
  • Advanced Psychoanalytic Studies (1-year)

Our IPSS programs provide theoretical and clinical training in the broad complexity of psychoanalysis. We offer a firm base in contemporary self psychology and enable candidates to compare and integrate this foundation with other psychoanalytic perspectives. We are distinctive in providing training with a self psychological “touch”, striving to meet each candidate’s individual needs.

Come join our dialogue!!

IPSS is committed to creating and fostering an environment that is welcoming, equitable, and inclusive for all members of our community, and for prospective candidates seeking rigorous training in the practice of psychoanalysis. We are dedicated to building a group of scholars and practitioners which is inclusive of people from all backgrounds, and which represents the rich diversity and scope of human experience.

IPSS’ curriculum integrates contemporary perspectives on how differences and identities impact psychoanalytic education and practices. The Institute is committed to offering financial aid to potential candidates who have met the criteria for admission and who have financial need. In addition, scholarships are available to qualified candidates who may bring a diversity of experience or perspective to the Institute. We believe that our theory, our practice, and our Institute benefit from these commitments.
